A spice frequently used in European cuisine, white peppercorns are a much more concentrated, dense and fresh version of the powdered version. Produced from the same plant as black peppercorns, white peppercorns are obtained by a different method, only their color is different. While black peppercorns are made by directly drying the same plant while it is still immature, white peppercorns are the dried version of these seeds that have been soaked in water for a longer time and then peeled.
