Grilled Cabbage Slices (Cabbage Steak) Recipe

(For Cabbage)
1 medium-sized white cabbage,
Olive Oil,
Salt,
Cumin,
Garlic Powder,
Mixed Pepper(1 pinch),
(for sauce)
5 tablespoons of strained yoghurt,
3 tablespoons of tahini,
Quarter glass of water,
1 handful of parsley,
Salt,
Black Pepper,
Garlic powder.

Slice the cabbage into rounds 1.5-2 cm thick. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle with salt, garlic powder and cumin, and place mixed peppercorns in the gaps. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees in fan mode for 20-30 minutes.
