Students' and we produced this spice so that employees can enjoy their single-cooking pasta in the most delicious way. Everyone's mother taught them to put oil in pasta, but there is no such thing! Remember, if we boil the pasta according to the minute, no pasta will stick. You can make your delicious sauce in 1 minute while the pasta is boiling. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of spice for 100 grams of pasta to the oil of your choice and fry on low heat. Some spices dissolve with oil and some with water, so we add two ladles of the pasta water. The sauce dissolves beautifully and becomes smooth. If the cooking time is 10 minutes, we remove it 2 minutes earlier and add it to the sauce. If you want, you can add fresh greens and enjoy it. It is also very nice if you add a little cream, or you can combine it with béchamel and make it like pasta in the oven! You can also prepare manti in the same way and top it with garlic yoghurt, üffff and say! That sauce that would make you say "Bravo" if it came to you at a restaurant is ready.

Here is "O" Pasta Recipe
For single-serving pasta: Sauté 1.5 teaspoons of “O” pasta spice with 1 tablespoon of butter or 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 2 minutes. Add 2 full ladles of the pasta cooking water on top of the spice. Stir the sauce until it reaches the desired consistency. Add 2 cups of boiled pasta and your “O” pasta is ready!
We have turned our beloved 'O' tomato pasta sauce into a spice mixture! Sauté the spice in oil and add the boiled pasta water. Your tomato pasta is ready! It's that easy!
